There are many different models of toothbrush heads, with a variety of bar looks and bristle arrangements.
So how are they realised?
They can’t be realised without a mould, and how is a set of moulds made?

1. Mould design
The 3D design of the mould is produced according to the product or product drawing provided by the customer.

2. Order material

3. CNC machining
CNC machining of the die inserts according to the design drawing.

4. Slow-wire cutting
Use of spark machine to process precise and fine parts, for smooth parts mirror sparking is required.

5. Mould installation and trial moulding
The finished mould insert is mounted on the mould frame and sent to the injection moulding workshop for a trial run.
After the trial mould is OK, a set of toothbrush head moulds is completed and the next step will be the injection moulding.
It takes more than 25 days to complete a set of moulds.
